  1. How do I buy games?

Making a purchase at GamerSouq is quick, easy and secure.

When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The item will be added to “Your Cart” this is found on the top right of the page.

When you are ready to finalise your order, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Your Cart Section

Enter Shipping & Payment information, to complete your purchase.

  1. How much does shipping cost & how long will the game I ordered take to arrive?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of AED 200 & above, 18 AED shipping will be charged for orders below AED 200. After your order is processed, transit time typically 2 to 3 business days, with delivery Sunday-Thursday.


  1. I have a discount coupon how do I use it?

Complete your order as usual then enter your promotional code during checkout and the discount will be applied (if applicable).


  1. Will the online features (Downloadable Content, Multiplayer etc) work with the pre-owned games?

Pre-owned games are fully playable, but bonus content or codes for online play may not work.

  1. How do you sell games at ezecom.in?
  • Search for the game you want to sell by typing one or two words in the search box on the Sell Games Page
  • Click the SELL button
  • Repeat for each game
  • Once you have added all your games,click the Selling Cart icon at the top right of the screen and click Sell Checkout button
  • Enter your Bank Details, to complete your sell order
  • Our logistics partner will visit you to collect your sell order

-(Our logistics partner representatives are experts at packaging and are extensively trained for packing your item safely and efficiently. They bring along appropriate packing material based on the item that you mentioned in your Sell Order)


  1. When & how do I get paid?
  • Once we receive your game it will go through our quality check process to ensure the game is in acceptable condition. Payment will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving your game and subject to it passing our quality check.
  • An email will always be sent when a payment is processed and will include details regarding when you can expect to receive it.
  • We will deposit the sell order amount directly in the bank account provided by you.
